Sunday Walking to Rothbury

On Sunday, 22nd September, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Coquetdale area of Northumberland. All walks will start and finish in Rothbury {NU 057 015} - see the following map.

The A-walk will take in Ship Crag, Great Tosson, Simonside and Lordenshaw.
 
The B-walk will visit Lordenshaw, Blagdonburn, The Beacon and Simonside.
 
The C-walk will pass through Lordenshaw, The Beacon, Simonside and Great Tosson. This walk will involve 1300 feet of ascent.
 
This is a Route 3 coach pick-up (Acklam: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Billingham: 9.30 am).
