Sunday Walking to Stanhope

On Sunday, 1st October, the Stockton Rambling Club will have three walks in the Weardale area of County Durham region. All walks will finish in Stanhope {NY993.393} - see the following maps.

The A-walk will start at Killhope {NY824.432} and will take in Cowshill, a section of the Weardale Way, Sedling Rake, Westgate and Eastgate.
 
The B-walk will commence at Heatherycleugh {NY845.414} and will visit Cowshill, Sedling Rake, Slit Vein and Eastgate.
 
The C-walk will set off from Ireshopeburn {NY869.386} and will pass through Daddryshield, Westgate, Eastgate and a section of the Weardale Way.
 
This is a Route 3 coach pick-up (Acklam: 9.00 am, Stockton: 9.15 am and Billingham: 9.30 am).
